Community Groups

The international conference with associated community workshops enables us to bring together in dialogue a wide range of participants, perspectives, voices, frameworks and models for understanding indigenous frameworks.

Community organisations are encouraged to apply for assistance to attend conference and to present.

The conference organisers will consider applications by both local and overseas indigenous groups to make presentations. We are able to offer funding for fee waivers and accommodation as well as travel to the value of NZD $500 per person maximum.  Up to two people per community group will be eligible although we this may be reduced to one person per group should the demand be high.

Applicants should submit an Abstract beforehand to be eligible to apply.
